IN THE SPOTLIGHT
Our science helpers and the new science experiments related to our recent lessons about atoms and molecules!
All of our wonderful Magic Apple students who worked hard recently to not only create an array of outstanding campaign posters, but also plan and present original campaign speeches (light up posters, cooking raps, costumes, puppet shows, etc.), practice their public speaking skills in front of their fellow peers, and think on their feet when presented with questions from our informed electorate. We are so proud and honor all of our candidates and voters this month! How many students can say they've performed a campaign speech at such a young age? Not many. That's what makes Magic Apple and it's students so special and we salute you IN THE SPOTLIGHT!
Below are pictures of just a few of our newly elected officers in action . . .
Magic Apple Spotlight is on:
What a wonderful surprise to have Magic Apple alumni visit Magic Apple. Josh, who has served in the Air Force as part of their search and rescue team will be deployed to Afghanistan next week. We meditated for Josh's safety in the garden and the kids loved hearing how Josh still has all his Magic Apple Medals and letters students wrote to him upon his graduation from Magic Apple.
Sometimes our alumni grow a bit bigger than the teachers--it was so special to see Josh again (he looks exactly the same as when he attended Magic just taller); all the students were enthralled and we promised to exchange letters.
