Additional Enrollment Information and Forms

Please be sure to read the MAGIC APPLE SCHOOL ENROLLMENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES very carefully so that your student is prepared for their first day at Magic Apple.  The contract, emergency form, and medical consent forms also must be received BEFORE your student is allowed to attend.
